Dairy labelstock MACtac Stow OH USA MACtac says it has made significant improvements to its dairy labelstock, DL7172. The redesign includes an upgraded facestock, adhesive and liner. The patented rubber-based hot melt adhesive on the labelstock, 710DL, has been developed to exhibit less ooze and adhesive buildup. The liner is the stronger, 2.5-mil super-calendered natural kraft liner. The DL7172 labelstock uses a 50# white facestock with a high degree of brightness. Its semi-gloss coating provides high liquid wicking resistance, resulting in less puckering of the label when exposed to moisture in the refrigerated case, according to MACtac. 800-548-3456 www.MACtac.com
